Company Mission

Rewind Equine Tack business name implies our consignment business as well as our intention to bring back the “Classic” Equestrian products we all loved.

We are a Saratoga County New York based Equestrian Company. Initially we began as a consignment store and then transitioned into carrying some new great quality lines. The store’s presence in Saratoga County grew so popular online within weeks that customers from out of state started requested a website! You asked.....we answered.

We are proudly offering new products and “gently used” consignment in mortar and brick store. Our website will have new products that we will have as continuous inventory.

Coming Soon - We will have a “Used Saddle” section on the website so that our consignment saddles will have more exposure nationally.

Rewind Equine Tack’s goal is to serve our equestrian community locally, nationally and globally.

Owner, Whitney Mulqueen’s goal is to “Think Globally, Act Locally” by offering a higher-end line called, “Good Threads”. Good Threads mission is to aid in giving financial stability to the families of Haiti by offering high paying jobs. The jobs in Haiti are part of a cottage industry so that Mother’s can stay home with their children. Additionally, Good Threads has set up a scholarship program so that the children of Haiti can finish their education.

Mulqueen is also planning on launching a local fundraiser soon for “Old Friends at Cabincreek” that will be a Boy-O-Boy Bridleworks belt in the farm colors of “Old Friends at Cabincreek” as well as their name embroidered on belt. For each belt sold online or in the store - Rewind Equine Tack will donate $20 to Old Friends. Old Friends is a Retired Racehorse Sanctuary that is completely staffed by volunteers at their Saratoga County New York location.

Along with being a retail store owner, Mulqueen is a Professional Riding instructor and Horse Show Judge. Her lesson is at Celtic Crest Farm in Hagaman, NY and includes a few Retired Thoroughbreds. She feels very strongly about giving these beautiful and dedicated animals a second chance in her lesson program. Her 16 year old Thoroughbred “Wesley” aka “What Is” was on ABC Saratoga Area News on their “Horse Hero’s Segment” July 2018!

We are “For Profit” but, “Heart Centered” company that prides itself on giving back to our local and global communities.
